Srimunisuvrata Agri International Limited (SAIL) is a Private Limited Indian Non-Government Company engaged in the trading of agro and non-agro commodities in domestic as well as international markets. The company is involved in the processing of a few agro products like rice, wheat, pulses, and coffee. It has its processing units located in Kushalnagar (Karnataka), Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Vizag (Andhra Pradesh), Panipat (Haryana), and Sankrail (West Bengal). SAIL also provides storage facilities to various parties with its warehouses located at Kushalnagar (Karnataka), Vizag (Andhra Pradesh), Panipat (Haryana), Sankrail (West Bengal), and Kolkata (West Bengal). The company is ISO 22000:2005 certified and a government-recognized export house. The company was incorporated on 11th November, 1992 having its registered office located at 16, British India Street, 2nd Floor, Kolkata – 700069, West Bengal, India.

The company is registered with the Registrar of Companies Kolkata I, holding the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U51226WB1992PLC056951 with Authorised share capital of INR 30,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Thirty Crores Only) and its Paid-up capital of INR 27,51,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Seven crores Fifty-One Lakhs Only). The company currently has three Directors namely Mr. Jayant Jain, Mr. Navin Kunar Jain and Mr. Hulash Chand Jain.

On an application filed by CFM Asset Reconstruction Private Limited under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Court II, Kolkata Bench has vide its Order dated 30.09.2026 (copy of the order received on 05.10.2026) in C.P. (IB) No. 1084/(KB)/2020 directed initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Srimunisuvrata Agri International Limited (SAIL) and appointed Mr. Bijay Murmuria Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) having registration number IBBI/IPA-001/IP-N00007/2016-2017/10026 as the Interim Resolution Professional.
